Daniel was a great tradesperson. His communication was excellent from start to finish, and he delivered exactly what he promised. The quality of the work was great, and he took the time to explain clearly the issue. He was pleasant to deal with, professional, and arrived exactly when he said he would — which I really appreciated. Overall, a reliable and skilled tradesperson. I’d happily recommend him and would use him again.

Plumb fridge

Happy with the quality of the work, however they charged us $50 more per hour in labour for the job than quoted, so the job cost more than we were expecting for a simple fridge plumb. Raised this with them and we were told we could have gotten a full quote prior, something that out of respect for their time for a small job we had opted not to do. The extra charge was because of the use of an apprentice which they did not communicate with us prior, and we don’t agree with their explanation for.

Bathroom tap leaking & leak in ceiling

The whole process was very easy using Builders Crack. Daniel and Jordon were always on time, professional, clear, did what they said they were going to do and you cleaned up. The invoice was detailed and easy to read. I would definitely use them again in the future and am happy to recommend you to others.
