One large external pipe down one side of house had corroded and split, one drip from spouting down opposite side of house, torrent if downpour when raining on cnr of deck, tighten toilet seat and discuss lack of pressure of shower to look at resolving to prior good pressure setting. I will post photos tomorrow....
