Blocked outside down pipe - drain pipe

Our down pipe is blocked. We cut a section of the down pipe. Then we emptied some debris about a metre in (mud and grass roots). Used a waterblaster several times to clear it but to no avail - water backed up. The ground piping is clay - house built in 1961 and not much maintenance was done on it before we bought it 6 months ago. Can you quote it? or come see and quote to unblock it.

The current toilet flush valve (1) has broken half flush button, (2) toilet flush valve most of the time does not return to shut after flush, (3) leak water to the toilet bowl I have replacement toilet flush valve but not sure whether it will fit and have not much of idea to install it. The job is kind of urgent because the current toilet is wasting a lot of water and it's constantly refilling makes a lot of noise.

Suspected damaged storm water drain.

Investigation and repair of storm water drain that is feed by the adjoining properties. There is a grated sump pit on the driveway side of the block foundation where 2 other pipes feed into. Only 1 foot of drain is visible before it goes under the block wall. Not 100% but I presume it is the drain that is damaged and leaking.
