We have an upstairs toilet that doesn't really refill fast enough. We have a tap in the downstairs bathroom where the little mesh bits have fallen out and need replacing as the tap sprays everywhere. We have an outside tap where the part that turns it on has been smashed off so we can't use it. Just small quick jobs.

Water flowing from Hot Water tank vent pipe

Hi Plumbers, A constant flow of water is coming out of the Hot Water tank vent pipe on the roof. I've tried turning off the power and waiting for a while but it makes no difference. The only way to stop it is to shut off the water coming into the cylinder. I cannot find a pressure release valve on the cylinder to lift up and clear any possible blockages. While the water is flowing out of the vent pipe, there is a constant sound of water from the NEFA valve so I think that might be th...

Hi. I have a vacant rental in Flatbush that needs some urgent work in the bathroom. The first job is to supply and install a full toilet replacement. The laundry tub's washing machine tap has a leak. I changed the washer and leak is still there. Feels like (can't actually see) the leak is between the washing machine hose connection and the tap on the tub. The copper pipe is wet. Nof an urgent job but would like to get it fixed soon.
