Install a Hand Spray to a Toilet

Need to install a hand spray to the water line in the toilet. I have all the bits needed to complete the job. For a good plumber probably a 10-15 minute job. The water line is 15mm, the toilet is 20mm and the handspray is 20mm, so need to install 2 x 15-20 reducing nipples, one 20mm tee, a 20mm hexagon sockets and two hoses. I think I have all the bits needed.

The pipe in the kitchen wall is leaking. Water damage shows in the weatherboards just outside the kitchen (bubbling paint) and the backboard of the kitchen cabinet in soft and bit spongy but no water is appearing inside the cabinet.
