I have a new granny flat but when it rains heavily the water flows right under the little house. I feel I need a drain along two sides and then the water to go down the hill. The building is 10.5m x 5m. I do like the look of the channel and grate you can buy but do not know if this is suitable. The building is rural Pyes Pa.

Making space in my caravan/annex set-up

Need a plumber/handyman to install basic plumbing (New bench, sink, califont, wash basin, etc) in the annex to my permanent caravan. Also an outside shower. If he/She can also put a steel roof over the annex. Most of the framework is already present. Size of roof: 5.2m x 2.2om. I will buy the sink, wash basin, bench, any marine plywood. Please see attached photos of the inside and outside of the annex. I would also like to discuss putting a taurpolene over the caravan, if possible.
