Leak from hot water cylinder inlet pipe

Small leak from brass plug on pipe that fills the hot water cylinder (mains pressure). Leak is intermittent and only seems to occur when the cylinder is refilling, such as after a shower or load of washing. When the cylinder is full it doesn’t appear to drip. If your not happy with doing the job with pre-dug trenches and chip supplied please dont reply. Reroute water line to toilet

Need a water line to the toilet rerouted from inside a side wall to the wall behind the toilet. Replacing toilet and floor boards underneath due to damage from slow leak. Will do all the prep work myself (i.e. removing wall boards and floor boards). Can access from above with floor boards removed and below via crawl space under floor.
