Our outside kitchen drain is blocked and consequently we are totally unable to use the kitchen sink or dishwasher. We are a family with two young children and really need access to it again so consider it to be an essential residential service. Our house is located in Corsair bay on a steep hill property. We had a second toilet installed as part of renovation. The toilet was new. Not long after installation was completed and job finished water was leaking from pipe under the house. We got the builder we used and the plumber back to fix it which they did. Now a year later it is obviously leaking again. Black mould again behind the toilet. We have approached the original builder and plumber again. Little interest shown. Both are LBPs. Wall behind toilet also needs repairs.

Our neighbors new watering system for their garden causes water to flow underground from their section, under our fence then heads underground to find itself a way under our perimeter foundations of our house.
