Replace toilet and sink with a vanity unit

Hi there, We want to replace our old toilet (cistern leaks) and sink (leaking taps) with a new toilet and vanity unit and looking for a quote. The sink has copper pipes to the taps so will need new Flexi hoses fitted too. I can send pics of both if that helps too. I need an outside line cut off. Have the water turned off at the moment as if it is on the water is pouring out through a brick retaining wall. The line is not necessary so it just needs to be plugged at the join where the new pipe meets the old.

Old toilet is removed. pvc outlet in the floor.New toilet assembled so i need the pan connector put in place and two brackets screwed in to the floor to hold the new toilet. Have a new flexihose to attach to cistern. this is a back to wall type toilet. Thanks

It specifically involves installing and creating grey water pathways from a kitchen sink, shower and washing machine and tub in a sleepout/small cottage. The cottage already has a toilet that runs to a septic tank.It is essential that the work be completed in the last two weeks of October. The job is 10 minutes drive from Halswell.

I want to know how much it will cost us to have this replaced with a shower head and mixer separately. Wanting something that will give us more pressure and spread.
