Drainage inspection & repair

We have a concrete floor house with concrete pads out back, and we've been advised to check for drainage leaks in our plumbing underground as there is some subsidence of one of the concrete pads which may indicate a leak or crack in a pipe causing water to leak out. We need the drainage inspected (CCTV?) and repaired if damage found, before it begins to affect the foundations.

Bathroom vent Waste Pipes Gully traps Bath Shower Vent pipe is only fixed at the roof line. The pipe swings free within the roofspace. This will eventually cause the flashings or sealant around the pipe to fail and leaking to occur. Recommend the pipe be secured within the roofspace to prevent movement. One waste pipe was noted as leaking. The concrete bunds on the driveway are not fixed and are broken. These prevent surface water and debris from entering the waste water system....
