There is a leak coming from the roof through an opening. See pics. Missing down pipe as well and need the gutter on the front to be fitted correctly. It's just a straight pipe down without any bends causing water to go under the house.

I manage a property in Massey street that needs a soak hole quoted for. The past tenant complained that the back alley and front driveway flooded in a downpour. The gutter down-pipes run into the ground and there is a storm water drain out front but apparently we aren't allowed to connect directly to that according to the owners understanding from a discussion with council( this would need to be confirmed )

I was nailing a skirting board to the bottom of the bathroom wall and found the exact centre of a cold water pipe 40mm above the floor level. I have sealed it off with a self tapping screw and a dome head washer as a temporary fix. I need this fixed as soon as possible.
