I have a sink faucet that needs to be replaced in a rental property. Bunnings have a Modella Cadenza sink faucet for $99 which looks like it will do the job. I'm happy to supply it, I need someone to fit it though. I'll be in Rotorua on Thursday, I can organise a time with the tenant or I can leave it at the house for you. Urgent job. Unexpected renovation. Need a new hot water cylinder. Currently in kitchen on rotting floor. We want to move it about 3-4 feet into the laundry on the other side of wall as we are in process of putting in a new kitchen. Would prefer mains pressure.
