We can highly recommend Warren and his team, as reliable, responsible, professional and great attention to detail. They did a great job for us from the first site visit with careful and thorough assessment, through to completion of the job where the council inspector commented to us that he had done a great job. Great hardworking man Warren. has a big heart for families that are having problems with septic etc. came to us straight away did a temporary drain for our septic as the greywater wasnt going out, 1 week before Christmas and he still managed to fit us in asap thank you for all you did for us Warren your mahi is amazing and we also learnt alot along the way.. we will deffinately spread the love around for you and your team!! I can’t speak highly enough of Warren & his staff. Nothing was too much trouble for him & he turned up when he said he would & just got stuck in & did the job faster than he’d originally said. He was great. Him n his men worked hard n fast & despite how messy the job was he left the place tidy with minimum signs he’d even been here. Then a few nights ago he turned up here well after hours to unblock my toilet & kept at it determined to fix it for me & after keeping at it until it was all good again he finally left well after dark. I highly recommend him. He’s very professional & goes that extra mile to ensure he’s done exactly what he said he would. And I have to say the man is lovely & so easy to work with! Thanks very much!! We had multiple drainlayers come out to hook up our water tanks and downpipes on a tricky new build site. Every other drainlayer we had said it was too difficult, Warren however never complained once, got the job done quicker than expected, and at a super high standard. Absolute champion, Thanks heaps. Warren did an awesome job fixing our broken water main today. Finding the time straight after being at a tangi and then running off to the shop to find the right fittings and working into the evening while husband held a torch so he could finish the job is true commitment to say the least. I recommend Warrens work ethic and customer service as a welcome and satisfying job well done. Reply: Awesome people to do work for, thanks so much
