Air in our water pipes

We ran out of water yesterday, we are on tank supply. Since getting the tank refilled the water pressure is almost non existent. It starts off ok but peters out to a dribble. I think we may have air in the water pipes. We would like to restore our water pressure as soon as possible please. We also have an auto leveller on our pool that we would like disconnected / disabled as that is why our tank ran dry in the first place.

We have had our request approved to have our water meter relocated. This will be moved approx. 1.5m from its original location towards the footpath. We are required to have a registered plumber install a new service pipe on our property "from the building to the proposed location of the water meter." Downpipes enter rainwater tank via inverted arrangement and overflow from the tank seems to be partly obstructed. Tank overflow goes into pre-existing land drain. Inverted pipes may need to be flushed to clear debris, and the source of obstruction to the tank overflow identified and corrected.
