We have a 100mm PVC soil pipe that is dislodged. The separation is below a large gravity retaining wall but I believe it can be accessed from in front of the wall by locally breaking out the RW foundation, the pipe has been excavated to where it goes below the retaining wall foundation

Hi, I have just finished renovating our bathroom and need our new toilet installed. We already have the new toilet and it just needs to be fitted. Once I get a date sorted with a plumber I will pull out old toilet and finish the last bit of tiling. We only have one toilet so this has been left to the last part of the renovation as soon as old toilet is out, tiles and grout is set the new toilet needs to go in straight away. I am at home during the day so I am flexible with times.

Currently have a blocked sewer line suspected damage caused from new build with sewer line in close vicinity to Pilings. Have got the affected area exposed and excavated, lines been flushed and CCTV conducted to no satisfaction but, additional unnecessary cost. Would like a quote on repair, and experts recommendation on the best and most probable solution. No cowboys please, enough stress as it is. Initially HWC blown a fuse but sparky found a visible leak on HWC which caused the short circuit and said it needs to be replaced. Current HWC is located outside the house, main pressure, 125L. Need a plumber to replace it. Please see pictures for more details about the current installation.

Hi there, Our back lawn / side of the house has clay soil which gets very soggy when it rains as it takes a long time for the water to drain away. In very heavy rain there is some minor pooling.
