The service man was great on the job, communicated well and answered my questions. We were disappointed we were not advised he cold not attend the first appointment due to being off sick. I am grateful he did not come because of my health condition but it have been nice if the dispatcher had let us know he was not coming. I thought the overall bill was quite high with a high hourly rate add on such as consumables. Thanks Jim Reply: Thanks for the feedback Jim, glad you are pleased with the work completed. We were very happy with the service from savvy gas we would 100% recommend them, we had a fault with the product (not savvy gas fault) they were very efficient In getting it resolved and communicated with us each step of the way even after hours.
