Our hot water cyclinder valve decided to fail on a Friday afternoon. We had no idea who to call and had to trust Google. Malcolm got to us within half an hour and very quickly sorted the issue, all while being super friendly and informative. We will definitely be calling them again next time we have a plumbing/gas related issue. Savvy Gas are awesome. I sent an online request to which they replied immediately. They had a plumber out to me within a couple of days for a non urgent job. Here is where they excelled. Malcolm was amazing. I don't think he realised he was also going to end up being a landscaper as well. He explained everything so clearly and ensured that what needed to be done was so my gas lines and bottles were compliant. He honestly went above and beyond what was required.
