Very impressed with the service and prompt response to my plumbing needs. Late on a Friday afternoon heading into a long weekend and Rich said "I'll have someone with you shortly", and less than 30 minutes later the job was being checked out. Very thorough in ensuring there were no additional problems bubbling away, had replacement parts on board, and equally important the team were friendly and tolerated my "why" questions with responses in a language I could understand. Pricing was great too - and we could all relax with a long weekend and the water back on. Thanks team. And now some months later I have the plumber back again for a new job and they do not fail to impress. Right on Xmas and they come in sooner than I anticipated, quickly do a job that I thought would take several hours, price favourably and all with a smile and a friendly chat. I can highly recommend Enriched Plumbing and Gas. Their plumber Matt came and disconnected my kitchen plumbing in the morning and returned in the afternoon to reconnect it and install a new tap after my new sink and bench top was put in. He was friendly and helpful in answering my questions. After he finished he completely cleaned up the area he worked in. A great job.
