What great service i had from Sione from drain doctors. Sione came exactly when he said he would and had things set up and operational within 10 minutes. He took the time to tell me what he was doing and explained the steps to me along the way. I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing and he figured out where the blockage was. He was a very good operator who communicated well and calmly got on with things and had it cleared in no time. Sione cleaned up efficiently and explained what my next steps should be with the sewer main going forward and what possible solutions there could be to the problem. Thanks Sione for a great job! A long standing issue of a lot of water pooling under my house that had been there for many many years was resolved by Drain Doctor. I had consulted with other companies/plumbers but no one else offered a viable solution. They were so thorough leaving the garden beautifully restored back to original. They also located three more leaks one of which was fixed immediately. The other two were the responsibility of neighbours who are sorting things out. Response time was within 30 minutes drain was unblocked within 4 hours and communication in between was great. Yes it costs a premium on a weekend during a storm but you certainly get a premium service and you have to have clear sewer pipes. 100% recommend.
