From the initial panic call from me…to the nice lady available on the phone on a Sunday afternoon, to the friendly and very knowledgeable tradesman Tuese who called within 30 minutes of me contacting the 24 hour line… I experienced exellent service. Tuese was onsite roughly an hour after my first contact. He arrived and got straight to work. He filled me in on everything he was doing to work on my waste pipe issue and offered great advice on moving forward. Amazing clean up. Thanks mate. Exellent service from start to finish. I hope I don’t need to use your service too regularly but if it’s required then your company are the only ones I’ll call. I’d also go as far as requesting Tuese. Excellent service from Drain Doctor. Experienced person arrived as planned with all the required equipment. Unblocked our sewer main quickly, removed the offending tree roots and also found a pipe alignment problem using their video camera. Efficient, No problem and tidy afterwards. Highly recommend.
