We had Drain Doctor quote to fix badly broken sewer drains. They kept in contact as to when they could start. Job included removing garden plants and digging deep! They repaired and relined with fiberglass. The guys worked quickly in atrocious Lower Hutt weather! They left the garden (replanting plants too) and new concrete driveway looking fab despite the weather! I would not hesitate recommending Drain Doctor. Thank you. From the initial panic call from me…to the nice lady available on the phone on a Sunday afternoon, to the friendly and very knowledgeable tradesman Tuese who called within 30 minutes of me contacting the 24 hour line… I experienced exellent service. Tuese was onsite roughly an hour after my first contact. He arrived and got straight to work. He filled me in on everything he was doing to work on my waste pipe issue and offered great advice on moving forward. Amazing clean up. Thanks mate. Exellent service from start to finish.
