Eric Gu (Eric)
I am very happy with the service from Wright Plumbing. They recently supplied and installed a quality 250L Rinnai enamel mains pressure hot water cylinder, and their quote was highly competitive. What I appreciated most was their customer service. Dan came out to my place twice to evaluate both indoor and outdoor installation options at my request. Instead of pushing a more expensive setup, he helped choose the most cost-effective solution for my home. Their craftsmanship is excellent. At my request, the electrician also integrated a Shelly smart controller into the system. Attaching the thermo probe into the cylinder turned out to be harder than expected, but the electrician successfully delivered the setup. To top it off, when a minor underfloor leak occurred a week later due to the change in system pressure, they came right back out to fix it without hesitation. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality plumbing work! Reply: Awesome feedback Eric! I hope to work with you in the future!
