We've used Bevin and his team at Zoppas for a significant amount of work across our rental properties, and I can't recommend them highly enough. What started as a relatively straightforward job quickly grew as additional issues were uncovered along the way. Throughout the entire process, they were proactive, transparent and kept us informed every step of the journey. Rather than simply fixing the immediate problem, they took the time to explain what they were finding, discuss options, and make sure we understood the implications before moving forward. The team was professional, respectful and a pleasure to deal with. They treated both the properties and tenants with care, communicated clearly, turned up when they said they would, and consistently delivered high-quality workmanship. It's not always easy when renovation or repair work uncovers bigger issues than expected, but their honesty, expertise and commitment to doing the job properly gave us complete confidence. We've used Bevin and the team at Zoppas for a range of plumbing work across our rental properties and have been very happy with the service provided. Several of the jobs turned out to be more complex than initially expected, with additional issues uncovered as work progressed. Throughout the process, communication was clear and timely. We were kept informed of what was being found, what options were available, and any impacts on cost or scope before decisions needed to be made. The work was completed to a high standard and the team was professional, respectful and easy to deal with. They were considerate of both the properties and tenants, turned up when expected, and followed through on commitments. What stood out most was their practical approach to problem-solving and willingness to work through unexpected challenges as they arose. I wanted to move away from expensive gas hot water and start saving, but still keep the gas califont as a backup because I plan to sell the house in a few years and take the heat pump with me. Bevan and the Zoppas Group team understood exactly what I wanted. Even with the very narrow space behind the house, they made the installation look easy and did a fantastic job.
