Bevin was an absolute legend - he had a tight time frame, had to go out of his area to complete the work and also was dealing with a difficult commercial tenant. He kept me fully informed along the way, asked me what I wanted to do ie gave me choices, advice and costs when he looked more closely what was at hand. Stuck to a budget and time frame. Very professional job and person to deal with highly recommend Bevin.
