Leaking shower tap job in Sunnynook

Our shower is leaking from the tap (small drip) with a tiny a drip from the shower head (the shower head and cord was replaced last week). We have taken the tap apart last week and it appears to be an old Hansa catridge which doesn't the standard shower catridges in the hardware store. It looks like the one we have is from Hansa 1999 and maybe 46mm? A specialist plubing store has quoted us $325 for a replacement part which they would need to order in. Can we please have a quote to replace either the whole shower tap or is there an alternative that can be sourced wholesale to replace (please include approx price of parts)? Its a slow drip so not super urgent and happy to do a weekday. We potentially also want to replace the kitchen tap mixer at the same time so can you separate the quote to include this work (we will supply the tap).
