I am a certifying plumber and drain-layer with many years experience in residential and commercial plumbing work. Although I do not concentrate on drain-laying I am certified for the work which I will do depending on the scope of the work. I do not do gas-fitting but have a regular gas-fitter I can call on should I need to.

I do not ordinarily supply quotes for maintenance and minor alteration work. However, I can provide advice and an estimate where applicable, and a quote if necessary. My hourly rate is $85 per hour and I supply material at trade + 20%. I charge travel expense at $1/km and include time to get to the job as well as purchase or credit material. I have a small administrative fee I add to each job.

I have also undertaken project management for several clients by outsourcing and co-ordinating some of the trades.
