Small Electrician Job

I need to run an Ethernet Cable from inside my house to outside. I only need it sticking outside of the house and I can do the rest. You will need to get an Ethernet cable down a wall and make somewhere for it to come out and connect to a modem. The other end just needs to come outside the corner of the house (Assume a drill will do the trick). My budget for this is $100 so please take this into consideration. I have got a 20m Ethernet cable already.
