A quote for replacing black rubber wires, and some advice on our switchboard

Posted 1 month ago

We're also in the process of getting our house ready to sell, and our switchboard uses the old black panel with asbestos in it. We're unclear if there is an issue with selling a house while the switchboard has this sort of panel in it? Other than the potential cost of needing to replace it if/when new holes need to be drilled in it etc.
