Hi, we are looking for a trustworthy Electrician who can assist us with electrical work in relation to our rental property in Kapiti (which is currently tenanted). The first job we need now is to fix the lights - two nights a go the tenants turned on the outside lights for the back and side yard and they didn’t work but it also blew the lights in the lounge room. I am wondering if they are on the same switch. They replaced the bulbs and they still don’t work.

Need a new 240V Outlet Plug fitted into the cupboard. The comms cupboard is about +/- 5 meters from power board. Wires need to run inside the wall, and holes will have already been drilled for this work. Electrician will simply need to pull through the correct wires inside the wall from power board.
