We have four old black rubber wires that need replacing/re-wiring. We're interested in a quote for this work. We're also in the process of getting our house ready to sell, and our switchboard uses the old black panel with asbestos in it. We're unclear if there is an issue with selling a house while the switchboard has this sort of panel in it? Other than the potential cost of needing to replace it if/when new holes need to be drilled in it etc.

Install a new wall mounted bathroom heater (I have the unit already). Note the existing power cable hanging out of the wall will need to be replaced as it's for a much older, lower output heater. Will need you to supply 1x PDL 651VWP switch and appropriate power cable. There is good roof space access from a manhole just outside the bathroom. Any time within the next month is fine.
