So pleased we went with Heatfix. The Heatpump installation was done so professionally and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We went with a Mitsubishi unit and more than happy with it. Genuinely impressed from start to finish! This was my first time getting a heat pump installed, so I had plenty of questions going into the process. The team at Heatfix was brilliant right from the start. Quick to answer every query, patient, and offered honest advice on the right unit rather than just trying to upsell me. Now that it’s in and I’ve had a chance to properly put it to the test, it performs extremely well. Everything runs smoothly and heats the space effortlessly. Knowing the installation was done right, backed by great customer service and a solid warranty, gives me complete peace of mind that the whole setup is running optimally. 100% recommended, couldn’t be happier with the decision to go with them. Reply: Thanks for the lovely review, Christian! I’m glad your first heat pump installation went so well. Enjoy it, and give me a call when you’re ready to get power to the new shed! — Wolfgang
