These was an animal(maybe a bird or a rat) got stuck (maybe died) in my extractor fan, now the fan stopped working but motor still goes. Install timer on hot water cylinder

I would like a timer installed on my hot water cylinder so it only heats during the night. I don't have a day/night meter installed and getting one installed is apparently very expensive. However I'm with Flick and pay spot rates, so would still save money if my HWC only came on at night. Open to electrical or mechanical timer, either in the cupboard or in the fuse box. A small bach in Arthur's Pass village needs the circuit protection upgraded as well as the oven disconnected. The circuit breakers are of an older style and we would like new circuit protection installed. I have attached photos of the circuit protection from both the inside and outside of the bach. The oven is hardwired to the wall and we would like this disconnected so we can remove the oven.

1.We need to install a pendant light by swapping out an existing recessed downlight. 2. The swapped downlight needs to go to another pre-wired area within house. 3. Supply and install 3 outdoor led (atleast 10w) recessed tilt downlights to pre-wired switches. Wires are connected to switches and are placed in roof.
