Replace Seimens thermostat controller - quote

Our seimens (picture attached) thermostat controller has been playing up. After stopping completely it is now working but I am still unable to change the time or reset any of the settings. The controller is for our plumbed gas heater and determines both the times of day it is on and the temperature it heats the room too.
