Electrical certification of small 2 bedroom house (100m2)

Electrical certification of house built in 1997 I can not find the original electrical certification for our house that we are selling. I only have the the cert for the original builders box and some extensive work done (garage sub board, RCDs to main switchboard, lights upgrade etc) in 2013. We need the house tested and certified before end of next week if possible.

We have a heat transfer in our roof (installed by the previous owner) but the motor has given up the ghost and we are uncertain how to get a new one installed. Roof is very easy to access as have a loft ladder and you can stand up in the roof. Heaps of room.

Power distribution cables are serving 3 houses from a black cable box in our orchard. We are going to bore holes to plant trees in the area shortly and need to know where the cables are before starting. Also a couple of house to shed cables to locate for future reference. we have built a 2 bedroom sleep out next to our main house nothing massive . we need a quote for running a (6mm) powerline from our fuse box (main house which i am told is capable for this) to the new sleepoujt (not yet jibbed so all walls and roof exposed easy to run lines) into a separate fuse in the new sleepout and then for this to wired up.
