Andrew got in touch with me promptly, came around and had a look at the job on a Friday afternoon, and said he would get back to me with a quote. I sent him a message and a text the next Tuesday to chase up the quote. He replied the next day and said he would get back to me that night. I still haven't heard from him more than a week after the initial site visit, and still have no quote. Not a cool way of treating a potential customer.
