I would avoid GForce at all costs. 8 weeks, 4 visits, $2500 spent and still no heat pump on the wall. Horrific communication - today I was told that the installation plan THEY provided wasn’t even possible. This is after they happily charged me for it. The partnership with Bunnings (and their processes) is also a real pain. Neither party seem to be forthcoming with their communication, when I follow up with one side they just palm me off to the other.
Avoid this company if you can. I emailed about getting insulation on my new home and Sweta replied asking for the same information I had literally provided in my initial enquiry (they clearly didn't even read it at all! Wasted my time as I then escalated it to their boss too). I ended up taking my money for insulation to Brightr who have much better customer service. Then I needed a Healthy Homes assessment on my original place and Brightr couldn't do that in the area so I had no choice but to go back to GForce and they have been worse than the insulation enquiry. They tried to upsell me to a 2.4kw heater (when I only needed 1.9kw) at a cost of nearly $500!!! I ended up doing it myself for $120! Now I'm waiting on my compliance cert and James took over 2 full business days to reply before passing it to Christine who has also taken 2 full business days and still not sent the cert (4 full business days have passed). I've followed up with both people multiple times but they're not responding - effectively they've taken my money (hundreds of dollars) for the assessment and run! My recommendation is to go literally elsewhere if you can - take your hard earned money to people that will actually do what you've paid them to.
