We have an existing combined light, heat lamp and extractor fan unit located in the middle of the bathroom ceiling. The fan has intermittently stopped working. We would like to either replace it with a new fan located in a better position above the shower, or replace the current unit. We require advice and quote, and then for the job to be completed.

Bathroom is already ducted and just needs to be replaced (the one I fitted a couple of years ago has died), and the one above the oven has been removed and needs installing - it is straight through the wall (to the cladding).
