Lights have sold on trade me and buyer wants to collect. And then another job to remove and hang more when the new lights arrive. The house in Highbury, Palmerston North needs an extractor fan in the bathroom and an extractor fan in the kitchen to comply with Healthy Homes Standards. The property is rented out to my Mum and brother for a discounted family rate. The extractor fans should have separate switches, so they can be controlled independently of the lights or other circuits. The ceiling space is generous and easy to move around in, and the access hatch is a decent size.
