Looking for an electrician to review the electrical installation, fully upgrade an old switchboard and add an RCD for safety, if needed. We are as well looking to add an EV charger, around 5 meters away from the switchboard. Ideally, the charger would be programmable and can go up to 32A. The switchboard is outside the house, and the back of the board is easily accessible from inside.

When I went to replace a bulb in my dining room light I found that the gaps when the bayonet bulb goes had cracked and the new bulb would just fall out. I went to Bunnings and bought a replacement part but I was unsuccessful in wiring it up myself. I have no desire to eat dinner in the dark and would like to get it fixed thank you.
