I am overseas and am coming back. Power to my house in Gisborne has been disconnected for a couple of years and now I need to get the power connected back. Power company says I need a CoC to do that. The house is relatively new (built in 2007) an no need any electrical work. Just need a CoC or CoV so that power company will provide me the power. Can you provide me with a CoC?
