Rewire 1925 Bungalow with TPS

My intentions are to rewire the whole house with TPS. At present I have a report which states that there are some VIR & TRS wiring throughout the home. This was assessed in 2015 and the report said it was in good condition so it has not been replaced. The only part I can see that has been replaced was the main earthing and the sockets that needed replacing as per report. House is approx 150 m2. This is required for insurance purposes. Not looking to break the bank.

Install new rangehood and ducting. I have found a rangehood I want and installer would pay for and collect from Mitre10 as I live in ChCh. To be installed in approx one week or so as flat is currently being painted. Currently the kitchen wall is concrete block but we are covering with gib but could work with builder about any wiring that is required.
