New outdoor cylinder to be installed, will need to be connected to the electrical box. Drywall removed from electrical box wall for access through floor. New cylinder is 3Kw. Distance to new cylinder is fully accessible and approx 3m away. Home owner unsure of electrical regulations, ideally replace HWC fuse with a CB. Area is protected from water but maybe a special outlet is required or switch fitted inside wall. (basement)

Undertaking a small kitchen refresh which requires moving the washing machine from the kitchen area to the bathroom. Need new outlet in the bathroom for the washing machine. Also for the kitchen refresh, I need some new plugs, and a couple of other plugs moved to be able to accommodate some new cabinetry. Kitchen refresh is scheduled for early/mid Feb so this work needs to be done prior.

We have a fibre connection at our house, standard cabinet in garage where TV/SKy aerial etc comes in, and the ONT for the fibre. The thing is...this house wasn't ever set up propery for fibre. When we first got it, there was only wireless available as it was one of the first being built in this area- bit of an oversight so now we have fibre to the garage/ONT box, but no fibre cable through the house to the jack in the kitchen/lounge area to plug the router into...we have the router in the garag...

I have a small downstairs toilet that uses an extractor fan (as it has no window). The fan stopped working last year. I use another toilet upstairs but I might sell the property so would like the downstairs one fixed first. The work could be completed in January 2022 if you are too busy. Everything is here and ready to go so needing this done ASAP.
