Electrician needed for a couple of appliance wire-ins

I have a new oven and hob that needs to be wired in as well as a heated towel rail that requires install. The oven and hob is replacing an existing oven and hob but the towel rail is a new install. There is a socket in the bathroom for a shaver on the same wall we want the towel rail installed so wondering if that helps at all.... Id like a rough estimate of how much it would cost, when the job could be done etc.

Builder wanting to get two lights moved into centre of bedroom. A partition was built as per pic 1 & 2 and is going to be extended to roof to separate rooms. Pic 3 is where we want to move the lights too. aprox 1 metre to new position. Old house not sure of wiring. Probaby old. Possibly change light to downlights or more modern lighting if possible.
