There are some plugs in the garage that don't work and have black marks on them, so this could be a wiring fault or the last homeowner overloaded the plug etc. Can you also review if the existing circuit breakers can be increased to a hire AMP rating and if additional circuit breakers can be added to the power box? Smart doorbell transformer upgrade

Installed a new Unifi G4 Doorbell, however requires 16-24VAC, 20VA and the current doorbell only outputs 8VAC. I'm keen to still use the chime, so looking at replacing the doorbell with a compatible transformer, or have a standalone transformer installed, something like "RS PRO 40VA Panel Mount Transformer, 230V ac Primary, 24V ac Secondary" to power the doorbell.
