Would like to get this down in next six weeks. Our office has not had an oven installed, but we have received a previously functioning oven (from a house) and would like to have it installed in the office. There is no wiring in the location so i guess there would need to be wiring to the fusebox/switchboard as well. We can open up the office in the evenings/weekends to have the work completed.

Spotlights keep blowing

We have two spotlights that point outside onto the bbq area where the spotlight bulbs keep blowing. They are operated from separate switches inside but the bulbs only last a couple of days. It’s been an ongoing issue since we brought the house from new 8 or so years ago. Our neighbour had a similar issue but had the electrician replace a dodgy transformer (or something). We also have a halogen bulb in the ceiling inside where the connection isn’t quite right.
