We have a broken ceiling fan in our master bathroom. It currently hums but does not rotate or extract any of the moist air from the bathroom. We have attempted to adjust it by accessing it inside the ceiling but this has not worked. It has been this way for a while so the time pressure is low. I need someone to instal a new range hood. There is an existing hole in the ceiling from a previous one but it may need to be made bigger. The ceiling is low so the chimney of the range hood may also need shortening. There is an existing plug that may need to be moved slightly so it is covered by the chimney. Our office has not had an oven installed, but we have received a previously functioning oven (from a house) and would like to have it installed in the office.
