Firstly, the extractor fan in our bathroom is loud and stops working altogether if left on for a decent amount of time. If it could be repaired, then that would be great. If it requires replacement, then we'd be open to replacing it. We'd like a cost esimate for replacement (including installation) please. The electricity act requires that my work is tested by a registered electrical inspector before it is connected to the mains, so I am looking to get it tested.
