Kayne was amazing & we would fully recommend him. We would love to give more than 5 STARS We called him in the morning & he was out that afternoon. He was polite & profession on the phone & in person. He was always on time & delivered on everything he said. His workmanship was great, he communicated very well. We had our ducted heat pump replaced by Kayne, and we can not fault Kayne at all. He was extremely professional, efficient, very thorough and his attention to detail was outstanding. I first delt with Kayne almost a couple of years ago to sort my Heat Pump. Kayne is fast on response and giving you options, he is fast, tidy, with quality and efficient on products and work carried out, again I needed his help and expertise, he was there within an hour now that is what I call service. Kayne is very honest, reliable and reasonably priced. AAA++
