External security camera to be fitted to top and front of garage. Camera comes with one waterproof connector. The plug is a UK plug. A new power plug will be required internally to plug the camera in. The garage is powered. Internal bedroom ceiling fan is not working, will need to also look at this.

Its a tenanted property so the unit will need to be ducted outside and meet healthy homes regulations. The property is a 1940s art deco style place with a flat roof.
