Possibly not enough ceiling space for bathroom fan, depending on type of fan and may have to install through wall, ground floor. Plug needs to be installed for heater to go high on wall (looks like a heat pump). Can likely install a plug back to back from current plug and run inside wardrobe.

Switchboard upgrade to RCDs

We have a villa that has been rewired in the past, but still has an old switchboard which uses fuses mixed with a few new RCDs. We would like to upgrade to a new switchboard so it is RCD only, ideally recessed but not essential. Depending on this cost we might look at having a smart meter installed too. And we would expect the sparky to arrange the safety inspection and provide us with a copy of the report along with the CoC. Thanks!

We have just had a new rinnai A26 gas hot water system installed at our house. We need a new outdoor Powerpoint for it to run off as currently we had a extension cord running running into a window to a point inside the house. Access under the house is easy and outside area where agas system is, is undercover. Rough quotes would be great just so we get a ball park figure.
