Outlet install in garage

The house is a 1900s Villa. The distribution board was recently replaced to accommodate Solar panels. This is locate roughly in the centre of the house in the main hall. The house does not have dwangs. There is 2M access under the house at the front, reducing towards the back. At the power board the access will be roughly 1.5M high. The garage is at the front left of the house and below it. The new cable would need to run under the house to the front corner and then through a 1m trench to the back of the garage. The garage is concrete. We want the new outlet inside the garage to power an electric door.
