Fix the old folks wiring, too late for their plumbing

Need to have an old fashioned (1950s im guessing) power socket replaced and moved to accommodate a new fridge that is taller than the existing one. Also likely to want what appears to be a burnt out power point replaced. Expect new fridge will be delivered next week, i.e. 4-6 January but may be this week.
