Grayson removed an old Dimplex storage heater in the hallway and replaced it with a new Elnur eCombi Pro storage heater with a significant improvement in efficiency. The heater draws off the cheaper night rate for electricity and takes 7 hours to charge and gives heat out till midnight. We could not be more pleased with his professionalism. Grayson is a great communicator who takes pride in his work.

We needed a slightly outdated downlight replaced in our bathroom. Grayson turned up very promptly after I initially contacted him. His communication was clear and honest. He suggested replacing the other downlight at the same time, which made perfect sense, so we proceeded with that. When he had finished that job, my wife had him look at a draft extractor fan in the laundry. That, too, turned out to be no problem for him to fix for us. Considering what he had told us about the cost of the items needed to complete the job, the overall cost seems very reasonable, although I would have liked to have seen a breakdown of parts and labour in the invoice. Based on our initial experience with Grayson, we would have no hesitation in recommending him for electrical services.
