Hi, we need a licensed electrician to rewire a 1970's 3 bedroom home. The switch board needs to be replaced and moved slightly higher up the wall. Two double power points will need to be added to each bedroom. We are also renovating the kitchen, dining, living and bathrooms and will therefore require additional power points in each of these rooms.

Shower room extractor with three lamps

One of the lamp holders constantly makes the lamp flicker. We have replaced the lamp a couple of times, and it goes flicker-free for about a month. A tiny turn of the lamp makes the flicker go away for a few weeks, then back again. Looked at buying replacement part at Bunnings etc, but they don't have them. Photo of the lamp holder attached
