Heatpump Repair

Neil gave me a quote to repair my heat pump without coming and checking what is wrong. I requested him to come and check first to figure out what is wrong and what would be the cost and he states he is right about his guess and now he needs to charge me $120 plus GST for call out if I do not decide to go ahead with him. When I said this fee was never mentioned neither online nor verbally when I rang him then he sweared at me and left saying bloody time waster. Very Doggy tradeperson. Be careful.
