Heat pump replacement.

The client had a problem with the heat pump, we tested it and it was more economical to install a new unit instead of repairing the existing one because of its age. The new Mitsubishi electric heat pump we installed was more efficient had a modern design and Wi-Fi capability enabling the homeowners to schedule the heat pump to turn on and off automatically all from their phone.

Bull Avenue Townhouse project

Daniel from Electro Buzz provided comprehensive electrical solutions for Bull Avenue, a bespoke development project in Wainuiomata. Comprising three exclusive units, these homes were meticulously crafted to showcase tasteful design and redefine modern living. Notable electrical features include designer pendant lighting above the kitchen island, contemporary LED downlighting throughout, elegant tread lights on the stairways, underfloor heating in the bathroom as well as installations of Mitsubishi heat pumps and advanced alarm systems.

Full House renovation

This property was in pretty bad condition and the power had been disconnected as it had been unoccupied for over six months. An inspection was required to determine if it was safe to reconnect the power to the property. After that the builders had power to plug in their tools and the work could begin. The house was completely stripped out and had a new switchboard, meter box and ducted heat pump installed. All new wiring and new modern recess downlighting was fitted throughout. It was great to see new life brought into this building, The tenants are very happy with this warm dry house that now meets the latest electrical standards.

We were very happy with the work Electro Buzz did for us. Once we contacted him he made sure that every aspect of our mains box replacement job was taken care of. His comprehensive knowledge of electrical requirements meant he was able to grasp the issue from just a few pictures and suggest a couple of options and make sure that the work met current codes. When it came time to organise the work, his contacts meant that he could get a builder for the carpentry work needed to make the job a success, and handled all the communication with the utility company. Daniel made the experience easy, and we would be happy to work with him again.
