Project description

This property was in pretty bad condition and the power had been disconnected as it had been unoccupied for over six months.
An inspection was required to determine if it was safe to reconnect the power to the property. After that the builders had power to plug in their tools and the work could begin.

The house was completely stripped out and had a new switchboard, meter box and
ducted heat pump installed. All new wiring and new modern recess downlighting was fitted throughout.

It was great to see new life brought into this building, The tenants are very happy with this warm dry house that now meets the latest electrical standards.
