I'd like commend Avi & Raj from Exotic Electrical who recently installed additional power points and mounted my TV's. They did an excellent job from start to finish. They were professional, very effiencient and took great care with the installation. The TV's are perfectly mounted, all cables were neatly managed and they left the area clean & tidy. Their workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. I'm very pleased with the results and would happily recommend them to others. Avi and his team came to fix our range hood as it had completely stopped working… turns out the switch was just off 😂 how embarrassing. Luckily Avi and his colleague were absolute legends about it, had a laugh with us instead of making us feel dumb, and even helped fix a couple of our lights while they were here. Super friendly, helpful, and good people. Reply: Thank you so much Elizabeth for the awesome review. We’re glad it was only the switch turned off and not a major issue! These things happen more often than you’d think, so definitely nothing to be embarrassed about. Really appreciate the kind words about the team. Poor workmanship Reply: We know every single customer we have. Fake reviews from fake profiles are unfortunately common behaviour from disgruntled former staff members or associates following dismissal from employment. Can’t expect anything more from you. In a way we are glad we dont have you anymore.

Very disappointed with the workmanship from Exotic Electrical. They installed the outdoor isolator for our heat pump off the same cable as the lounge power socket circuit and internet , and the switch the guy installed outdoor, was not even sealed properly with silicone. After a rainy night over the weekend, water got inside and caused a fault only a few months after the job was completed. Tried calling them after hours but nobody answered. We ended up requesting James to come out for fault finding and it took him nearly 3 hours to find the issue, costing us around $1000 extra. He also mentioned about non- compliant install don’t remember now. Just because their guy compromised on $10 silicone. you should not compromise on materials mate. We don’t know electric stuff much just thinking clean job yeah hoping good job, but nah it’s not. Poor installation costed me unnecessary. Reply: We know every single customer we have.
