This job is in 2 parts in a house built in 2018 in Flemington.

Living room: We have a light in our living room which flickers, worse during winter. I assume this means that the wiring is loose somewhere between the switch and the light. We would like this fixed.

Master bathroom: The heater in our master bathroom stopped abruptly a few weeks ago during a shower. I don’t know if this is a heater issue or an electrical issue and would like this figured out.
