Spa Electrical Install

I need to wire in my Spa. Spa is a plug in type with a 15 amp plug. There is an outside plug located close to the spa, but not close enough to reach the plug. The plug is 10amp so will need to be replaced anyway. Ideally we would like the Spa set up it's own circuit as our previous Spa did on occasion trip the circuit breaker. Not sure what photos are needed but have added images of the outside plug and the location of the spa. We also need some lights wired in although we haven't purchased the light fittings yet, but given this will require running wires I assume it will be cheaper for us in the long run to do the work for the lights at the same time. Please note, Spa is not currently in place photos of old Spa. If you happen to have a Hiab and can add the price of moving the new Spa in I am keen to talk. Ideally the addition of the Hiab is priced separately as I already have competitive quotes for this.
