Jazae came around to look at our leaking waste toilet pipe and the our toilet. He explained that the leak wasn't from outside but from inside our toilet and was leaking from inside to outside. He gave us two quotes, one to replace damaged parts and repair and a quote to install new toilet. We opted for new toilet. He arrived when expected, did an excellent job with installation, left bathroom clean and took old toilet and rubbish away. A very knowledgeable plumber.Highly recommend.

The Task was to remove a Rinnai On Demand Water Heater & Install a Rinnai HWC Main Pressure. The Job took around 6.5Hrs to complete with Testing. All Good. This was a Labour only job as I had supplied all the Materials required i.e HWC & Valve Kit. Jim supplied Incidentals, likes of Piping & Clamps.
