Recently purchased a house. Suspect current wiring is fairly shoddy. Currently not connected to national grid. Need electrician to provide EnergyOnline with certificate of compliance, ASAP, to reconnect power. Also; I intend to renovate the property to bring up to rental compliance and general safety standards. Would be keen to have a consultation / report produced to that effect, also. Disconnect garage feed. Back of house addition has no roof cavity, roofing iron may need to be lifted to rewire or alternate wiring methods acceptable.
