Ensuite is about 3m x 2.5 with a height of about 2m. 1 windows to be tiled a Need to tile around a bath 1.65m x 1.75m x 1.5m arounf bath with height of about 1.62m. There is a shower over the bath so I need a glass walldown to bath installed (rather than the present shower curtain. Room to be waterproofed also. There is some wallplastering and painting to be done. I'll need an electrician to install new lighting x 2 and plugs x 2 and new heated towel rails x 2. Plumbing is done already
